Built in 1840 historic Quondong Cottage was Campbelltown’s original schoolhouse for over 70 years. Following this the cottage became a private home, boarding house and is now the location for Campbelltown’s Visitor Information Centre.
Visitors are welcome to explore the cottage, listen to the children take their lessons in the schoolroom, marvel at the many ancient artifacts on display or even see what treasures were found beneath the floorboards during restorations. Our friendly staff are on hand to show you all there is to experience in Campbelltown and Macarthur region.
