Campbelltown is set to have a new water attraction! The Billabong Parklands will revitalise Campbelltown City and become a landmark attraction for Sydney.
The Billabong will provide a recreation space for everyone to enjoy. The 4 hectare site will include a range of recreational water play facilities, landscaped areas and parklands. As well as amenities including a stream, swimming lagoon and a zero-depth play area.
The design draws inspiration from nearby Dharawal National Park and Georges River. It will reflect the importance of the local environment and Campbelltown’s Aboriginal culture.
