Spring is here and we are all ready to get out and about in Campbelltown. From bushwalking in pristine national parks to doing go cart laps like you’re racing in Bathurst, Campbelltown has you covered.
Campbelltown is the city between two rivers. The Hawkesbury Nepean and Georges river are the southern and eastern boundaries of the LGA and are home to plenty of native wildlife. The Campbelltown Billabong Parkland is officially open and is a fantastic place to have a picnic, meet with family and friends, or just while away a sun-soaked day watching the kids play in the rockpools. Entry to the Billabong Parklands is Free, Tickets are available here. They are also providing a range of extra activities including Craft Workshops and Inflatable days Check out the Holiday program.
Our Local Businesses have put out a great program of Activities to help keep holiday boredom at bay. Ambarvale Hotel has Doughnut and Cake Decorating, Slime school and a Pixar Trivia Night. Menangle has it’s always busy Little Trotters Program. Wests are entertaining the young ones with Kids Dance party, Magic Show and a Science show.
If Arts are more your thing the Campbelltown Arts Centre are running activities around the theme Koi Fish and they are partnering with Macarthur Square to run Sakura Workshops on Level 3 near Coles. Minto Mall has a Lets Dance Competition and Superhero workshops.
If Charity is your thing Campbelltown Mall is running Better Twogether with Two Good Co, decorate your water bottle and help get Two Good Co’s packs to kids in need.
If 3D creations, craft, Story Telling or creating reels and Videography are more you, Campbelltown Libraries at Eagle Vale, Ingleburn, Macquarie Fields and Campbelltown have daily activities. Want to get ready for Fishers Ghost Festival?? Fishers Ghost Story Telling will be on your calendar!
Don’t forget our Bicycle Education centre is open everyday and this holidays The Campbelltown Visitor Information Centre is running it’s Scavenger Hunt can you find all the historic buildings in Campbelltown and be King and Queen of the Factoids? or do you prefer to see Campbelltown as you’ve never seen it before?
