The ‘Old Ford Trail’ is one of three historical routes dating back to the 1880s which crosses the upper reaches of the Georges River. It has a popular scenic waterhole and  showcases a small waterfall feature.

There are no formal picnic facilities or amenities located at Keith Longhurst Reserve.

The ‘Basin Walking Track’ is a two kilometres return walk.
