The Campbelltown Visitor Information Centre has entered an exciting new chapter following the relocation of Macarthur’s tourism services to the heart of Campbelltown.
The Visitor Information Centre had been located at Quondong Cottage since 1998, but relocated to its new home in Campbelltown City Council Civic Centre’s main customer service foyer on Queen Street in September 2025. The exciting move saw an expansion of the centre’s services operations from three to five days per week.

A new pop-up Information Point has also been set up at the Campbelltown Arts on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring that the Visitor Information Centre’s services is available to the public seven days per week.

The move aims to elevate and enhance the space within the Civic Centre’s foyer to increase foot traffic to the Visitor Information Centre. The project’s plans include the extension of Campbelltown City Council’s engaging Koalatown display.

The Visitor Centre staff are looking forward to assisting you with all of your enquiries.
